Special day

Today marks the 9th anniversary of the day I arrived in New Zealand. It's been wooly, weird and wonderful! And nobody died.

Happy 9th anniversary, there are worse places to live. We once have been in New Zealand for 5 weeks and enjoyed it, I think one of the most beautiful parts of the world.

Never been to New Zealand, but I find the photos fascinating. Love what little New Zealand tv programs we get on Acorn!

I was never sure if you liked living in NZ from your posts but I guess if you have been there for 9 years it mustn't be too bad. I love visiting NZ for holidays. It is a beautiful country.

Greetings from a fellow Kansan turned expat! I've thoroughly enjoyed your blog, which I found today while perusing one of the expat directories. I recognize a lot of my own journey in some of your experiences, and have also enjoyed the contrast where there are differences. What a beautiful part of the world you live in! I'm now 5+ years settled in the UK. Best wishes to you, and I'll look forward to reading more.
