I appreciate the way you share your photos of flowers and tell us about your seasons. I looked at Google Maps to see that it is about 7500 miles (12070 kilometers) from Seattle to New Zealand. Someday I hope to visit your country … it is near the top of my list of places to see. Our Spring is now underway and the flowers and trees are finally blooming. We had a very rainy winter but only a couple of snow storms. I wonder if you get snow in New Zealand? Thanks for sharing your blog and for your kind comments on mine. Jacarandas which used to flower only in November, now seem to flower multiple times a year. Their biggest flowering is still November when Brisbane is a sea of purple but there are often smaller flowerings throughout the year.
We are about to get the tail end of Tropical Cyclone Debbie as it tracks south after making landfall yesterday up north creating a lot of severe damage. I remember you about 2010 or so ---and was intrigued by your move to New Zealand. My late brother and his wife traveled a lot ---and always said that New Zealand was their favorite place to visit...

Are you still happy there? Do you get back to the USA very often? I probably won't ever get there --but will enjoy catching up with your life and pictures from there....

I signed up to follow you via email...

Hugs,
BetsyBetsy Banks Adamshttps://www.blogger.com/profile/16223591156634767330noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-2007105981868145103.post-8184679491175039412017-03-28T04:07:44.679+13:002017-03-28T04:07:44.679+13:00First, I thank you for the nice comment...

And then sometimes I get surprises that I'd totally forgotten about...or didn't even know existed! But we have an amazing Creator God, who can bring beauty in places we never dreamed possible...if we just take the time to look!! Thank you for sharing your flower stories today. I love seeing what grows in different places. And yes, the climate has been unusual here this past "winter"...we barely had a winter, and now spring seems to be turning into summer much too quickly. But we enjoy every day as it comes and give thanks to the Lord, for He is good!!Pamela M.
