Our tree
We have come to rely on my faithful ficus as an alternative Christmas tree for the last 2 years. I think it's fun to be a bit different and it's much easier than a real tree or putting up a fake one!
Hi Bettyl, nice to meet you. Thanks for visiting my blog. Your ficus looks very festive, and you have a real tree for Christmas! One of the schools here let the kids watch an inappropriate movie, I see yours did too! We love cats and had three many years ago!
I think it's lovely! It's nice to do something different from all the masses, too.
ReplyDeleteThat is a very good use for a fine tree. I have a ficus also...maybe next year!
ReplyDeleteThis is what we had growing up - Mum's faithful ficus bending under the weight of ornaments.
ReplyDeleteMum, my sister and I all suffer from allergies and pine trees are the worst! Ficus = practical and healthy! Score!
Simple is the way to go, my kids aged 3&5 helped put our tree up so you can imagine what it looks like!!
ReplyDeleteJust loved the beautiful decoration.
ReplyDeleteI love it! It would be perfect for our small house too.
ReplyDeleteMerry Christmas!!
And it takes up less room so there's more room for pressies.
