Late autumn roses

These are just a few of the roses that are still blooming
in our southern hemisphere autumn garden!
The photos were taken since we moved in less than 2 months ago.

Today, I decided to get out and count the roses.

I counted 409!!

It will be so delightful to see them bloom next spring/summer/autumn!

  1. Gorgeous roses Betty - mine have all but stopped flowering now - just one or two stragglers. Did you know they love banana skins and onion papers scattered around them? I have had some wonderful displays since starting to feed them with these as 'extras'.
    Stay safe
    Blessings

aufgenommen, ein herrlicher Anblick. Die Vielfältigkeit

  12. 409 means a lovely extended time in the garden. Wonderful. I wish I could smell their fragrance from here.

  13. Delightful flowers! I assume that you are not confined in place as NZ seemed to have done very well in containing the spread of the virus. If they don't create a vaccine most of us will finally catch it until herd immunity sets in, on the assumption that the disease confers long-term immunity.
