I tried to download the Pixlr photo editing program a couple of days ago, but couldn't get the download finished.
So,I emailed the company for help--but they 'only give one-on-one support to Pixlr Pro members, not for free apps.' Huh??
I think most people know that to become a Pro member, you have to download the free app first, then decide if you like it enough to buy. So there is more than a little irony in their reply. I don't know who decides their priorities, but whoever it is is not real bright.
Hubby pointed out that, in the time it took to tell me they wouldn't help, they could have given me a solution!
Oh, well, that's one program I will never use.

Sounds typical. Have you tried irfanview.com ? It is free dl and works great - I've used it for years and years - never a problem - no upgrade to deal with - you get it all with the first dl. Another favorite I have for collages is pizap.com - you work online with it - never a dl - love it.
That was a stupid answer. Like your husband said they could have helped in that time. Good reason to give them the flick.
Terrible customer service and not good marketing either. I don't think I will bother with it.
thanks for your visit to my blog! Have you tried picmonkey.com. I have used the free part for 10 years now. And its working perfext!!
KIND REGARDS

I've never heard of any of these. I use photoshop on my computer and make collages on my iPad. I can't do anything on my phone, the screen is too small!
Too funny! Time to go to their competitor! It seems a lot of free sites really aren't free anymore.
I hope you find another alternative. I use fotoflexer.com and picmonkey. Thank you for visiting my blog.
