Chocolatey Moist Cake

1 cup sugar
1-1/2 T cocoa
1 t baking soda
1-1/2 t baking powder
1-1/2 c flour
pinch salt
1/2 c melted butter
2 eggs
1/2 c milk
1 t vanilla
1/2 t instant coffee in 1 c boiling water

Mix dry ingredients together. Add cooled butter. Beat in eggs and vanilla. Add milk. Mix well. Make coffee and add. Mix well.

Pour into sprayed 8-inch baking dishes and bake at 180C (350F) for 40 minutes.

Recipe can be doubled.
