Betty's Pound Cake

2 c butter, softened
3 c sugar
10 eggs
4 c flour
2 t vanilla

Powdered/Icing sugar for dusting

Preheat oven to 350F (175C). Grease and flour 10-inch bundt cake pan.

Cream together sugar, butter. Beat in eggs, one at a time, beating well after each. Add vanilla. Mix flour into batter on low speed.

Bake 70-80 minutes, until toothpick comes out clean. Cool in pan for 15 minutes, Remove and cool completely. Dust with powdered/icing sugar.

Serve plain or with fruit or ice cream.
