It is too bad that when this great country needs help, none of those we have helped over the years, step up to the plate to offer help in return. Makes you wonder, doesn't it?
What Mr. Sinclair was true. The United States has done a lot to be proud of. I know other nations helped after 9/11, and that was good. I hope they helped after Hurricane Katrina too.
They say not many are helping Japan after the earthquake and tsunami. I think that is because it is the richest nation in the world, and I suppose most think they don't need our help with money.

Times and the entire world is changing. Some of it is not too good.
Oh my! I grew up Gordon Sinclair.... this brings back memories. He was a lovable, irascible, old curmudgeon.
