Ohura is a tiny town, off the beaten track, that thrived on coal mining.
This photo down the main street seems like a normal town, but, sadly, when the last mine
closed in the 1970's, most residents left.
Now, all the stores are deserted.
So, I converted all the photos to sepia to fit the street.

I like the old buildings - they are all very vintage maybe between the 1920s and 1960s.
It's sad seeing a ghost town. You did well with the photos. I like the sepia treatment, although I am desperate for colour, these white winter days!!!!

Sepia certainly fits the mood.
The buildings are all standing and nature has not yet taken over them. So, anyone looks after the town? Anyone lives there? Ah! a quaint little town.
