Our weekend included a trip to Lake Rotoiti Hot Springs.
[In Maori, 'roto' means lake and 'iti means little.]
They are only accessible by boat or plane.
There are seven hot tubs fed from underground thermal springs.
They get cooler from top to bottom.
Hubby went up to the lookout and took some photos.
The swans paid no attention to all the human goings-on!

Wow! It looks amazing! Love the hot tubs!
Womderful place to go, I guess the swans are used to the people comings and goings.
Those swans are sure interesting looking. I did visit the hot springs in Rotorua many years ago - but Rotoiti looks really cool.
My father used to tell me about black swans.
What a beautiful spot - and obviously popular!
Stay safe
Blessings
